Peers are people with lived experience with mental illness, are in long term recovery, and have Michigan state certification to provide evidence-based support services.

The Nest is a program of Grassroots Groundwork and has been in operation serving greater Lansing, MI residents since spring of 2024.
Grassroots Groundwork has nonprofit status through its fiscal sponsorship with the Women’s Center of Greater Lansing.
